Retailstar is developed using Workstar’s proprietary software Versity. For retail clients with over 300 staff, Versity provides you with the opportunity to create your custom built online community for learning and communication. You also have the option of integrating online recruitment.
Key to the Versity platform is the ability to track and measure employees' progress through learning modules. Through Versity you can maintain real time records and reports, set access authority levels, search test results, view question effectiveness reports, obtain feedback and create, delete or edit tests.
Testing functionality rates compliance and/or competency from randomly generated questions and the reporting capability allows you to identify strengths and weaknesses in your staff and ensure consistent implementation of company ‘best practice'.
You also have the ability to upload marketing promotional information and develop tests to measure staff compliance and understanding.
